About work-work

An independent map of AI work.

work-work tracks public roles at AI startups, labs and AI teams, then sends applicants to the employer's own application site.

What this site is

work-work is an independent aggregator. It is not a careers site for any company listed here, and it does not accept applications. Listing pages describe the public information we found; the employer controls the application process and the role itself.

Methodology

How listings get here

Sources

We monitor Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and other ATS boards, company career sites, Hacker News "Who is hiring" threads, and Careerjet. Source labels stay attached to the internal record so the review team can investigate provenance.

Refresh cadence

Company job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and similar) are checked about every 3 hours, company career sites and Careerjet about every 12 hours, and Hacker News "Who is hiring" threads daily. A check can add new roles, update details, or close a role the employer has taken down: a role that disappears from its company board is closed at the next check; career-site roles close after they are missing for four checks, and Hacker News posts expire after 45 days.

What "live" means

A live listing is active, not hidden and not past its expiry, and its company passes the public visibility check. Importers deactivate roles they can no longer find; reviewed employer submissions can have an explicit expiry date.

AI teams beyond AI companies

Some companies are included because a distinct AI team is hiring even when the company's broader business is not an AI company. Company pages identify that scope where it has been verified.

Stealth teams

Stealth submissions stay behind a public placeholder until the review team has verified the team. Private verification details are not published on the listing.
