What this site measures.

Visits

Umami counts page visits without cookies or consent. It receives the page, referrer, browser and country so we can understand aggregate reach; it does not build a personal profile.

Google Analytics runs only after you choose Allow. It uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies. You can withdraw or change that choice with Cookie settings in the footer.

Application clicks

When you follow an Apply link, we record the job and source, a salted hash of the IP address, and the user agent and referrer (with bounded lengths) to count clicks. We do not store the raw IP address for this record.

Preferences

Theme, cat and layout cookies only remember choices you make in the interface. They are not analytics or advertising identifiers.

Employer submissions

The employer form stores the company or codename, work email, role, location, workplace type, description, application URL and any optional message. Stealth submissions also store the public blurb, focus tags, stage and optional founder link for review. Company suggestions store the suggested name and website. Submissions are kept for review and moderation; private contact details are not published as listing content.
